Stephen J. Hall, Founder & Chief Operation Officer

Stephen, prior to the 2016 acquisition by Payroc, served as Managing Partner/CEO of The iTransact Group, LLC, an Independent Sales Organization that markets credit card processing services through Strategic Alliances, CPA’s, Financial Professionals, Health Benefits Brokers, and Property Casualty Agents. Presently, Stephen sits on the board of Payroc. Previously, he served as Managing Partner/ CEO of My ePHIT, LLC; an online wellness company focused on fitness, nutrition, and mindset. He was one of the company’s four founding partners that successfully took it from an idea stage through an acquisition by AXIA Health Management, LLC in 2006.

Stephen began his business career in 1974 with Mutual of New York (MONY) in Boise, Idaho as an insurance and investment professional and qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table in his first year. In 1986, he became the General Manager of MONY's Intermountain Agency, with sales offices in Idaho and Utah, where he led that organization to MONY's number one agency in 1989. The balance of his career with MONY, from 1990 through 2001, was in New York at MONY's Home Office, as a Senior Officer responsible for MONY's career distribution. Stephen has served on various business, community and professional boards. He is a graduate of Boise State University with Bachelor of Business Administration. He is a CLU and ChFC.
